June 2022
A spontaneous visit to a family friend Giselle, an acupuncture master and herbalist that healed hundreds of people at her home clinic. Born and raised in Mexico city, Giselle has always wanted to live closer to nature and 20 something years ago has moved to the mountains of Amatlán. A truly magical place, filled with an ancient history intertwining with the lush forest, absorbing Giselles house right into it.
Naturally build adobe house is hidden between giant avocado and guava trees. The acupuncture / herbal clinic is build from adobe base and bamboo second floor. Ground floor is used for storing dozens of glass jars and hanging drying herbs, a round shape room that became our bedroom for the night.
October 2023
A years later, I had a chance to visit Giselle again and bring her the photo prints of her home and her that she was very excited to receive. She invited me to take even more photos of her lovely home, to inspire more people consider living more sustainably and in harmony with the nature around them.
Visit to our dear friend Giselle in October 2023. It was one of those magical synchronizations that made it possible to wake up on my birthday back in one of my favorite places - Giselles house, surrounded by the lush green trees an sharp towers of Amatlan mountains. Since the last visit Giselle has updated her home with a natural pool to support biodiversity during a dry season. A few film photos from a very special day spent together with Giselle and her son Camilo.

Bike & Roses
After 7 years in Copenhagen, the time has come to pay homage to this beautiful city of ‘ridiculously pretty city corners with bikes casually parked in the blooming rose bushes’.
This photo exhibition invites you to visit Natalya’s universe of experimental photography giving the iconic bike and roses compositions an unexpected dimension.
She aims to challenge the core idea of what a photo can be. Natalya has collaborated with several artists to manipulate the visuals and expand further on experimental ideas in photographic practices and challenge the core idea of what a photo can be.

Film swap is an experimental concept where one photographer shoots the whole film, rewinds it and pass it over to another photographer to shoot it again. This way you achieve unexpected mix of stories, double exposures and image merging.
